Background: Fetal buttocks or feet positioned at the pelvic inlet are referred to as breech presentation. Both vaginal delivery and Caesarean section options for them. Everyone agrees that deliveries better handled by caesarian than delivery. Risk factors presentation include uterine abnormalities, prematurity, foetal repeated pregnancies. This research sought ascertain fate in multigravida individuals undergoing birth. Methods: descriptive case series investigation was carried out Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar, department of obstetrics gynaecology. The study conducted from October 2018 April 2019, seven (07) months. Patients had thorough clinical examinations lengthy history interviews. selected patients were instructed have normal labour under careful maternal monitoring supervision.
